Costa Blanca Builders offer a wide range of building services and home improvements, from smaller projects such as rendering and fitting replacement windows to larger ones such as reforms and renovations. Costa Blanca Builders can take care of everything and will also if required, liaise with town halls and architects to deal with all necessary licenses and permissions.
As well as our regular team at times Costa Blanca Builders also use carefully selected Spanish tradesmen. Over the years we have established good working relationships with many local suppliers, this enables us to provide a comprehensive "in house" package to meet clients needs by those who are fully conversant with Spanish methods and materials.
It can be extremely difficult finding reliable tradesmen and there have been many reports in the media highlighting the pitfalls of having building work done in Spain. Costa Blanca Builders can provide genuine references and we also invite potential clients to visit properties where we are currently working or have previously worked on projects both large and small.
Many of our clients do not live in Spain full time, so we keep in regular contact via phone and email and send digital photos whenever possible so they can see the work every step of the way. All projects are guaranteed to be completed to the highest standards, from the initial enquiry right through to completion of work, customer satisfaction is the main priority of Costa Blanca Builders.
